Position Description

The Real Estate Construction Manager is a brand new opportunity within the Credit Administration group at First Citizens Bank. This Manager will be responsible for building and leading the Commercial Real Estate Construction team.

A successful candidate for this role will have a background in managing a centralized Commercial Real Estate Construction unit (RECAD) across a wide geographic area. They will direct the team to ensure that service standards, performance metrics, and the needs of internal & external customers are met, while strictly maintaining the integrity of the Bank’s construction standards and guidelines.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree with 8 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Construction Administration with 2 years management experience.

Additional Requirements:
- Background in managing a centralized Commercial Real Estate Construction unit (RECAD) across a wide geographic area
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and develop an effective and efficient commercial real estate construction administration program
- Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to effectively manage process
- Possess leadership ability and strong interpersonal relationship skills

Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing a centralized commercial real estate administration program in a financial institution
